Our Fraud Detection Service is monitoring your accounts for potential fraud 24/7. To avoid a false alert, please notify the credit union one week in advance to your departure. This is not to inconvenience our members, but our extreme efforts to protect our members. Suspicious activity may cause your card to be blocked to protect your account. From time to time, you may be contacted via automated call or SMS text message to confirm your card activity.
An ATM Skimmer is a card reader that can be disguised to look like part of an ATM. The skimmer attachment collects card numbers and PIN codes, which are then replicated into counterfeit cards. Feel free to pull on the card reader to check for a skimming device. If you feel there is a skimming device on the ATM, please come inside and ask for a manager, call our Member Services Team at 503-253-8193. If outside of business hours, please call the non-emergency number to notify authorities (503.823.3333).
